Spring has now truly sprung in Grantham, and with it comes one of our favourite annual traditions, gathering hundreds of creme eggs for the St Barnabas’ Easter Appeal! This year, the three Rotary Clubs in Grantham came together to donate over 500 Crème Eggs!
Each year, these chocolate treats are given to talented groups of knitters, who create knitted covers for them. The finished creations are then sold as part of the Easter Appeal, with every single one helping to fund vital services for local people who rely on St Barnabas.

“We are proud that, through something as simple as donating Creme Eggs, we can support their Easter Appeal and help them to raise vital funds for services that truly make a difference to people’s lives.” Chloe Rollings, President of Grantham Sunrise Rotary.
The Grantham Rotary Clubs are pleased to support St Barnabas and this fantastic initiative each year. By combining a little chocolate with a lot of community spirit, the money raised can support services who support people affected by a life-limiting or terminal illness.
